Stuart Finlay ICOB developed his career at Watson & Cox Construction Ltd and, in 2020, moved into the role of Commercial Director.  Working alongside a long-established team, Stuart has fostered a culture of transparency and streamlined reporting processes, embedding competence and capability into his Senior Management role.  Stuart's focus on cost-certainty and developing relationships is pivotal to providing our customers with the best possible overall experience.
